My First Opinel has a rounded tipped end and easy to use safety catch so it is unlikely to fold whilst in use. It’s handle is made of natural wood. With a blade length of 7.5cm it is a perfect first whittling tool or general pen knife. The safety catch can also be used during transport. Utilising Sandvik 12C27 modified stainless steel. Anti-corrosive thanks to the addition of chrome and requires no special maintenance.
